ITC Final Dividend 2025: Cigarette to stationary conglomerate ITC Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share for the financial year 2024-25. It is in addition to the Rs 6.50 interim dividend already declared earlier this year. With this, the total dividend for FY25 stands at Rs 14.35 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each.

The ex-date and record date are fixed for Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Ex-date is the cut off day on and after which the shareholders aren’t eligible for the said dividend if their names aren’t in the company’s record as on the record date.

Cum-dividend date is the last day on which shareholders can buy the security to become eligible for the given corporate action.

On Monday, shares were trading 1.54 per cent higher to Rs 443 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 436.30 apiece.

ITC Final Dividend 2025 Payment Date

ITC said that the final dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid between Monday, 28 July, 2025 and Thursday, July 31, 2025, to those members entitled thereto.

ITC Q4 Results 

ITC reported a standalone net profit of Rs 19,561.57 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2025. This includes a one-time exceptional item of Rs 15,179 crore from discontinued operations. The company’s revenue from operations during January-March 2025 was nearly flat at Rs 20,376.3 crore, compared with Rs 20,349.9 crore in the year-ago period.

It had reported a profit of Rs 5,013.18 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.

The company has announced a final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share for the financial year 2024-25.

For the full fiscal 2024-25, the company’s profit increased 68.9 per cent to Rs 35,052 crore from Rs 20,751 crore in FY24.

The revenue from operations in FY25 was 10.4 per cent higher at Rs 81,612.78 crore.

ITC Share Price Target 2025

JM Financial has maintained buy rating for ITC post inline Q4 performance with a revised target price of Rs 500 (26x June’27 EPS).

“Resilient volume growth & taxation stability in Cigarettes is positive; acceleration in EBIT growth will be key monitorable. Similarly, pace of recovery in FMCG needs to be watched due to heightened competitive scenario in Foods. With demerger of Hotels business, the capex intensity will reduce & aid improvement in ROIC. Valuations at 25x/23x FY26/27E are not demanding,” JM Financial said in the report.
