Amanda Bynes finally reacts to Dan Schneider controversy

Amanda Bynes broke silence on the ongoing controversy surrounding former Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider.

A TikTok video, posted by a fan account, went viral claiming Schneider had impregnated the American actress when she was a teenager.

The now-deleted clip showed Bynes recording herself with the text ‘the man I got pregnant with him at the age of 13! [crying emoji]’ over it.

The video then cut to a resurfaced hot-tub segment featuring Schneider with the young Bynes from her recurring Amanda’s Jaccuzi sketch.

However, recently the All That actress categorically rejected the claim, calling it ‘lies for clickbait’.

She clarified that the video was not from her official TikTok account, and the fan page simply altered her content to spread falsehoods.

The resurfaced footage originally gained traction after the documentary, Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV released.

The Investigation Discovery documentary released in 2024 examined accusation of misconduct behind the Nickelodeon shows.

Following the documentary, Schneider filed a defamation lawsuit against Warner Bros. Discovery and other producers as he argued that he has wrongly been accused of being a child abuser.

He is the name behind hits like Drake & Josh, iCarly and Victorious.

As Schneider continues to fight the legal battle, Bynes has maintained low profile since leaving Hollywood in 2010.

She made a rare appearance in December 2024 when she broke cover to host a pop-up art show.
