Jennifer Lawrence enters ‘better than ever’ phase with Cannes appearance

Jennifer Lawrence garners attention with stunning Cannes appearance

Jennifer Lawrence is expressing pride after stepping into motherhood as she deems this phase ‘better than ever.’

The actress, who is currently gearing up for her upcoming film Die, My Love, alongside Robert Pattinson, was spotted at Cannes Film Festival on Saturday, May 17.

The duo turned heads with their dashing looks, Jennifer radiating elegance in ivory and Pattinson exuding sophistication in black tie.

According to BBC, the film has its “share of incidents, but it’s essentially a mood piece – one long nervous breakdown – rather than a drama with a plot.”

The plot revolves around a woman battling postpartum depression, growing into something darker and wild.

The 34-year-old will star as the film’s protagonist, opposite Twilight star Pattinson, who will play her husband.

A clip from the film was released on Thursday, May 17, showcased Lawrence and Pattinson embraced the fields together as he proposed, “Wanna get married?”

For the unversed, Lynne Ramsay’s domestic drama, which debuted at the prestigious festival, was slated to release on May 17, 2025.

The premiere was also attended by Justine Ciarrocchi, Lynne Ramsay, Mariska Hargitay, Mélita Toscan du Plantier, Elena Lenina among others.
