Jennifer Lopez signed up for engagement ring campaign for THIS reason

Jennifer Lopez has taken a “massive pay cut” to sign up for the mocked engagement rings ad campaign and insiders have revealed the real reason behind her shocking move.

Radar Online reported that the 56-year-old American singer and songwriter accepted a new engagement ring campaign with a “dramatically reduced paycheck” because, after her hugely criticized album, she is not being considered by luxury brands.

However, Lopez has not yet flopped, as earlier this month, she collaborated with Zen Diamond and appeared in a series of high-gloss images for the Turkish jewelry company.

It is being speculated that she demanded $10 million for the campaign but the insider claimed that the amount was reduced by tens of millions.

Referring to her recent divorce from Ben Affleck, the source stated, “She thinks people look at her divorces and all the rings she’s collected and assume she isn’t worthy of getting engaged to again.”

“That’s why she really wanted to front this campaign. She wants to remind everyone she is still that woman – desirable, romantic, someone a man should want to propose to,” they explained.

“Her team knows her value dropped after the album backlash. Signing on for an engagement-ring brand is her way of saying she still belongs in that world, even if she’s getting paid far less than before,” another insider noted.
