Kelly Clarkson got back on the Las Vegas stage after taking time off due to her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock’s passing and shared a memorable experience with fans.
The 43-year-old host and singer had the first show of her Studio Sessions residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Friday, November 7, where she became a part of two couples’ celebrations – one engagement and a vow renewal.
The Stronger hitmaker cheered on two couples as they marked their relationship milestones, saying, “That is so sweet,” with a smile after the proposal.
The Kelly Clarkson Show host also received the invite to the wedding and asked the couple to “ignore [her next] song” and focus on their marital bliss.
“Just stay in this moment, hang out there, you know what I’m saying? Maybe go to the bathroom. I don’t wanna poo on your parade,” Clarkson quipped.
Later in the show, the songstress also celebrated a couple’s 10th wedding anniversary, saying, “You made it a decade? F— yeah, look at that.”
The show, which became a celebration for different couples, was a major highlight in Clarkson’s career as she returned to her music career after taking a break to care for her ex-husband.
