Travis Kelce ex extends olive branch to Taylor Swift amid alleged feud

Travis Kelce ex Kayla Nicole doubles down on explanation about Taylor Swift drama

Kayla Nicole once again shut down the rumours about her rift with Travis Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, after the Halloween costume shade that took the internet by storm.

The 34-year-old sportscaster offered an olive branch to the pop superstar, 35, as she clarified that she is not in the business of “tearing other women down.”

The social media influencer maintained that she only intended to celebrate the singer, Toni Braxton, by recreating her outfit from the He Wasn’t Man Enough music video during the latest episode of her Pre-Game podcast.

“Halloween is an opportunity for me not to be myself and to dress up as someone that I admire, someone that I’ve been a fan of, someone that I think is chef’s kiss,” Nicole said during the episode.

The media personality, who dated the Kansas City Chiefs tight end on and off from 2017-2022, claimed that those slamming her online are “try[ing] to project their own narratives” about the feud between Swift and herself.

“I’m trying to step it up every year. Every year, I’m trying to raise the bar. I’m trying to be the Heidi Klum of Halloween but on the performance side,” Nicole shared.

Possibly hinting at the wish to make peace with the Opalite hitmaker, the model referred to Braxton’s music video, saying that people would be surprised by the ending, which showed the main character and her cheating ex-husband’s new wife getting together against him.

“Clock that. Clock that, babe,” Nicole said.

This comes after the podcast host deleted her X account in the wake of scathing critiques, after her old tweets resurfaced.
