Travis Kelce’s ex breaks silence on ‘shameful’ move after Taylor Swift feud

Kayla Nicole addresses disappearance from social media amid Taylor Swift drama

Travis Kelce’s ex, Kayla Nicole, is ready to address the elephant in the room after she deleted her X account as an alleged feud with Taylor Swift got heated.

The 34-year-old sportscaster took to Instagram on Thursday, November 13, and penned down an apology on Stories.

“I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the hurtful tweets I posted so many years ago,” Nicole began, referring to her problematic social media posts, which went viral in the wake of her drama with the pop superstar, 35.

The influencer went on to express that she was shocked and saddened by the tweets herself, since she no longer holds those sentiments, and couldn’t believe she ever “thought or spoke that way.”

The Pre-Game podcast host also spoke about deleting her X account, for the first time, stating, “I have since deleted those tweets and my X account entirely because I refuse to keep that energy alive or continue a cycle of hate.”

This comes after social media sleuths noticed that Nicole had deleted her account a few weeks ago, after her racist tweets resurfaced and she started receiving backlash.

The tweets from the past resurfaced while Nicole and Swift’s fans were embroiled in a social media war, each group attacking the other.
