Monica Barbaro is looking forward to working with her boyfriend Andrew Garfield in a new movie directed by Challengers filmmaker Luca Guadagnino.
The 34-year-old actress spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of her Netflix series FUBAR on June 11 and chatted about the upcoming project, titled Artificial.
While she didn’t confirm details, reports say both she and Garfield are in talks to join the film.
Barbaro said she “can’t really say anything yet,” but she is “excited to work with Luca.”
“He’s just one of my favorite directors and I think everyone aspires to work with him so I’m excited about that,” she gushed over the director.
When asked if she’s excited to work with Garfield, Barbaro responded with a smile, “I’m excited to work with the whole cast, it’s gonna be a great time.”
It is pertinent to mention that People first reported the duo being romantically linked in February. However, the couple have not yet publicly confirmed their relationship.
